CIARA MORRIS returns to London’s West End in The Play That Goes Wrong while in Sydney Australia ALICE BIRBARA is performing in a critically acclaimed production of Picnic At Hanging Rock and in Sweden PIA TERNSTROM is in rehearsals for the Swedish production of I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change.

Remarkably a number of RD casting clients have performed to live audiences during the last 6months - Andrea Black and Chioma Nwalioba both performed in London venues - Chioma performed in an new play Cake at Theatre Peckham and Andrea performed in a new one woman play by Susan Lund.

Congratulations to Hayley Konadu on her work with Punch Drunk and Jude Law

Punchdrunk, the immersive live theatre pioneers, have collaborated with Sky Arts for a one-take, “real-time live event” special of drama mini-series The Third Day.

Jude Law stars as Sam, a man whose reality begins to mix with visions of horror.

In the previous segment, Summer, he attempted to escape the eerie goings-on of Osea Island in Essex.

The Third Day: Autumn also features performances from Law’s castmember Katherine Waterston, as well as singer Florence Welch in her TV acting debut.

 #TheThirdDay the series is available to watch on @skyatlantic ,  @hbo and on @SkyTV Facebook.

‘THE MISSING LINK TO BEETHOVEN’S IMMORTAL BELOVED’

On the eve of The Jewish New Year, history was made and endorsed by the World Premier of the play IMMORTAL by Susan Lund on the only functioning stage in London’s theatre land.

Of all the events planned to celebrate Beethoven’s 250th Anniversary at The Proms and The Wigmore Hall, this ironically was the only event that did go ahead to mark the occasion.. Well done to all concerned.

THE SECRET LOVE LIFE OF OPHELIA

The relationship between Hamlet and Ophelia is one of the most tragic in all of Shakespeare’s plays, but so much of their burgeoning love affair is unwritten. The Secret Love Life Of Ophelia seeks to fill in the gaps, revealing the growth of that young love through an exchange of letters between the two characters which are both intimate and direct, tender and passionate.

With the consent of Berkoff himself and in direct response to the current closure of theatres, the play is now being adapted for a unique online premiere which will see the letters reimagined as video messages and a cast of 40 exceptional actors coming together to perform them. Together this diverse cast will reveal just how universal the experiences of the young lovers are.

The Secret Love Life Of Ophelia will premiere on YouTube at 7.30pm on Fri 31 July 2020 and will then be available to watch for free until Friday 14 August.
