Madelyn is an actress, comedienne and singer from Swanley in Kent. Recently, she performed at the Monologue Slam (Feb 2017) and was one of the top 10 finalists for ABC Discovers UK. See her performance in the link below.

Madelyn sings and plays the acoustic guitar; she has a pop/jazz sound and performs in locals pubs and bars. She has been part of the National Youth Theatre, the Geoffrey Whitworth Theatre and The Riverside Players and has starred in many theatre productions companies including: ‘Be My Baby', 'Once a Catholic’ and ‘Say Something Hapened' to name a few. Madelyn went on to study at the Guildford School of Acting and graduated in 2015. 

Last year Madelyn performed as Portia in 'Shook up Shakespeare'. This performance received outstanding reviews. The 'Straight-gal in all the mayhem is the superbly nonchalant Madelyn Smedley as Portia. She lurched from wide-eyed TOWIE girl to deadpan deliverer of downbeat one liners in true Philomena Cunk style' by Peter Yates in 2016.

Also last year Madelyn was in Generation Sext on Sky Arts, and worked closely with Omidaze theatre as well developing her Shakespeare.
